The agreement between you and VibeNest when you book an event, create an account, or show up to a room. Written to be read — not to hide things.

Last updated: 21 August 2026

Who you're dealing with

These terms are between you and TheVibeNestSocial ("VibeNest", "we", "us"), based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. They apply to https://www.vibenestsocial.com, to our member area, and to every event we host.

By booking an event, creating an account, or attending, you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Code of Conduct and our Cancellation & Refunds. If you don't accept them, please don't book.

Who can book

You must be at least 18 years old to book or attend unaccompanied. We may ask for photo ID at the door, and we may refuse entry if we can't reasonably satisfy ourselves of your age.

A ticket admits the number of people stated on it and no more. Tickets are personal to you; you may transfer one to a named friend by telling us in advance, but tickets may not be resold at a profit or advertised publicly.

Bookings, prices and payment

A booking is confirmed only once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation with a ticket code. Until then, your spot isn't held.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we don't store your card details.

Occasionally an obvious pricing or availability error slips through. If that happens we'll tell you before taking payment, or refund you in full if it's already been taken — we won't quietly hold you to a mistake.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel your own booking from your account up to 24 hours before the event starts, and we'll refund what you paid. Inside 24 hours the seat is already committed on our side, so it's non-refundable — but message us, because we would rather find a fair answer than win an argument.

If you don't turn up and haven't cancelled, the ticket isn't refundable. Full detail, including how long money takes to come back, is in our Cancellation & Refunds.

When we change or cancel an event

Community events move. Timings, venues, hosts, and the run of show can change, and we'll tell you as early as we can.

If we cancel an event outright, or move it so significantly that it's effectively a different plan, you get a full refund or a transfer to another date — your choice. That's the extent of what we owe you for a cancelled event: we're not liable for your travel, accommodation, or time.

Conduct, and our right to say no

Attending means agreeing to our Code of Conduct. It isn't decoration — it's the reason the room works.

We may refuse entry, remove you from an event, cancel your bookings, or close your account if you breach the Code of Conduct, harass or endanger anyone, misrepresent who you are, treat the community as a lead list, or behave in a way that damages the safety or spirit of a room.

Where we remove someone for a serious breach, we do not refund the ticket. We know how that reads; the alternative is charging the rest of the room for one person's behaviour.

Coming to a real event: risks you accept

Our events are physical, in real places, and some involve activity — sport, turf games, running, travel, walking routes, and venues we don't own or control. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk.

You're responsible for judging whether an activity suits your health and fitness, and for telling a host about anything relevant on the day. If you're unwell or injured, please sit it out.

You are responsible for your own belongings. Venues are shared, public spaces and we can't take responsibility for anything lost, damaged, or stolen.

Where alcohol is served, it's served by the venue under the venue's licence and the law that applies there. Drink responsibly; we may refuse entry or ask you to leave if you're intoxicated.

You are responsible for your own travel to and from an event, including getting home safely.

Photos, video and how we use them

We photograph and film our events, and we use those images to show what the community is actually like — on this site, in our gallery, on our social channels, and in material about VibeNest.

By attending, you agree that we may capture and use images and footage that include you for those purposes, without payment. We don't sell your image to third parties for their own advertising.

You can opt out, and it's easy: tell a host at the event, or email us. We'll keep you out of the frame where we can, and take down anything already published that you ask us to.

  • To have a photo removed, email hello@vibenestsocial.com with enough detail to find it (event, date, and where you saw it). We'll take it down from our own site and channels promptly.
  • Copies already reshared by other people are outside our control — we'll help where we can, but we can't promise to reach every repost.
  • If you're in a photo tagged in the member gallery, you can untag yourself at any time from your account.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

You can close your account whenever you like by emailing us. Some records — bookings, payments, consent, and anything we're required to keep — survive closure, because we need them for tax, dispute and safety reasons.

Content you share with us

If you send us a review, testimonial, photo, or message, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it to promote VibeNest, with your first name and city, unless you tell us otherwise.

Don't send us anything you don't have the right to share, or anything unlawful, hateful, or that exposes someone else's private information.

What we're responsible for

We'll host with care and honour our commitments. But to be plain about the limits: except where the law doesn't allow us to limit it — including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and fraud — our total liability to you for anything connected with an event is capped at what you paid for that event.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses: missed connections, lost earnings, disappointment, or the cost of getting there.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law that can't be signed away.

Our brand and this site

The VibeNest name, logo, photography, and the content of this site belong to us. Please don't copy, resell, or pass them off as your own, and don't scrape the site or use it to build a competing list.

If something goes wrong

Talk to us first — most things are fixable in a message. Write to hello@vibenestsocial.com and we'll acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 15 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms as the community grows. The date at the top is the current version, and the version you agreed to when you booked is the one recorded against your booking.

If we make a change that materially affects you, we'll say so — by email or in the member area — rather than quietly editing the page.
