What is an Event Pass?+
Free entry for your own seat at one event. Your plan gives you a set number every month. If a seat costs more than your pass covers, you pay just the difference.
What happens to passes I don't use?+
Each month's passes last until the next month's arrive, then expire; they don't carry over. A pass used on a booking stays used if you don't turn up; if we cancel the event, you get it back.
Does my membership cover the friends I book for?+
No. Passes and member discounts are for your own seat only. Everyone else on the booking, including the second seat of a Duo ticket, pays the normal price.
Monthly or yearly?+
Yearly costs less per month and you still get your passes every month. Either way you can cancel any time; a yearly plan isn't refunded for the months left, and we email you a week before it renews.
Does it stack with coupon codes or festive offers?+
Coupon codes don't apply to memberships, and at checkout you get whichever is better: your pass, your member discount or a coupon. A festive offer is one discounted payment for the months it says; after that, AutoPay continues at the normal price once you approve it.
Can I cancel a booking?+
Anyone can ask to cancel; a request more than 12 hours before the event is refunded in full. On Inner Circle there's no 12-hour cutoff: cancel any time before the event starts for a full refund, and any Event Pass you used comes back.
What are members-only events?+
Some nights are only visible to, and bookable by, members on plans that include them. You'll see them in your events list once you're on one of those plans.
Can I switch plans?+
Moving up from the free tier is instant. To switch between paid plans, reach out and we'll move you across; self-serve switching is on its way.
